Our office hours are:

• Mondays: 8:30am to 7pm
• Tuesdays: 9am to 5pm
• Wednesdays: 8:30am to 6pm
• Thursdays: 9am to 5pm
• Fridays: 8:30am to 5pm

Please contact our office to make appointments or speak to a member of our staff. If the office is closed and you have a medical problem, call the office number and our answering service will contact the Doctor on call.

FEES

Payments for services are expected at the time of the visit. After seeing the doctor you will be given an itemized statement that is accepted by all insurance companies. This statement is your only receipt of the visit and includes the diagnosis, treatment and service fee. You can attach this statement to your insurance form for quicker reimbursement by your insurance company.

Free liposuction consults are available with a surgical nurse. There is a consultation fee for other initial visits whether any procedure is performed or not. Post operative visits are included in the surgical fee, but there is a regular office fee if any other skin disease is treated or discussed.

An estimate of surgical fees is provided after each consultation. Financing is not available. Payment for cosmetic surgery is required prior to the procedure.

If there is any difficulty in paying a fee in its entire amount, please notify the receptionist, and we will try to make special arrangements.

INSURANCE

We recognize the need for an understanding between patient and doctor regarding financial arrangements for medical care. However, payment responsibility is the patient's direct obligation. Benefits the patient may receive from the insurance company is a settlement matter solely between the patient and the insurance carrier.

EMERGENCY CALLS

We pride ourselves in always getting back to our patients. During the day, please call us at our office so we can immediately determine the course of action to follow. At times we may be busy with another patient, and you may have to hold; but we will speak with you. A doctor is on call every night to handle emergencies. He or she can be reached by calling our office number. The after hours recording will provide instructions on how to contact the Doctor on call. All post-op patients are always contacted the evening of surgery.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Refills are handled during office hours. In most cases it is easier to have the pharmacist call our office for authorization.

STAFF

Our nursing staff is an important part of our team and will help answer your questions, respond to your concerns, assist in surgery, and instruct you in post surgery dressing and wound care. Our office staff is available to answer any questions relating to insurance forms or payments.

Your decision to entrust us with your medical care is viewed as a sacred trust. We will do our utmost to maintain your comfort, confidence and well being. You are our primary concern.

If you would like a Fed Ex consult, please send us photos of yourself (with a bathing suit) and a cover letter with your age, approximate weight, and which areas you would like corrected. Roberta or Donna will get back to you immediately. You may also give them a call with any questions. Once we receive your photos we will call you to discuss recommended procedures and price, and make arrangements for your visit.
