Dr. Narins can see any consultation in our Manhattan office. Most procedures except for liposuction and ambulatory phlebectomy can be performed at the Manhattan office. Procedures that cannot be performed at the Manhattan office are performed at the White Plains office operating suite.

All procedures including liposuction and ambulatory phlebectomy procedures are performed in our AAAHC accredited surgical suites at the White Plains office in Westchester County. Our Westchester office can be easily reached by plane, train, bus and car. This is 35 minutes from New York City.
FROM THE NORTHWEST: Take Thruway South, over Tappan Zee Bridge. Second exit after the toll booth, Exit 8, I-287 East. Exit 8E, Westchester Ave. Follow Westchester Ave. to William E. Butcher Bridge, make a left. Go to Westchester Ave. West and make a left. We are on the right, 222 Westchester Ave., Harrison Court.
FROM THE NORTH: Take Taconic State Parkway South onto the Sprain Brook Parkway. It is a direct ride from one parkway to the other. Once on the Sprain Brook Parkway it is approximately 4.3 miles to I-287 East. It is a left lane exit. Get onto I-287 East to Exit 8E Westchester Ave. Follow Westchester Ave. to William E. Butcher Bridge, make left. Go to Westchester Ave. West and make a left. We are on the right, 222 Westchester Ave., Harrison Court.
ROUTE 684 SOUTH: Stay on 684 South until end and get on to Westchester Ave. going West. Follow Westchester Ave. until you come to 222 Westchester Ave., Harrison Court.
FROM THE SOUTH: (NYC - Fastest Route) NYS Thruway, Saw Mill River Parkway, Bronx River Parkway to Cross County Parkway East to Hutchinson River Parkway North to 222 Westchester Ave., Harrison Court.
FROM THE SOUTH: (All Others) NYS Thruway, Sprain Brook or Saw Mill Parkway north to Exit 8, I-287 East. Go to Exit 8E, Westchester Ave. Follow to the William E. Butcher Bridge, make left, go to Westchester Ave. West. Make left, follow to 222 Westchester Ave., Harrison Court.
FROM I-95 to I-287 WEST: Follow to Exit 9N-S and get onto Westchester Ave. West. Follow to 222 Westchester Ave., Harrison Court.
FROM SCARSDALE: Mamaroneck Ave. or Old Mamaroneck Road North to Bryant Avenue make right turn and cross over 287 and make left turn, to 222 Westchester Ave., Harrison Court.
FROM NEW YORK CITY: Take either the
- Henry Hudson -> Saw Mill River Parkway Exit #4
- Major Deegan Expressway -> NYS Thruway Exit #4
- Bronx River Parkway
to the Cross Country Parkway East.
Keep to the left on the Cross Country Parkway.
The cross Country parkway splits near exit 9. Stay to the left and follow signs to Cross Country Parkway North. (Hutchinson River Parkway North - Merritt Parkway).
