How It Works
The Nd:YAG laser emits short, high-intensity pulses of light at a specific wavelength that is absorbed by the pigment of the tattoo ink or darkened area. The concentrated pigment absorbs the light much more than the surrounding tissue. The light waves cause the pigment to break down, and eventually be absorbed by the body. The surrounding skin will be left virtually unaffected. You will immediately notice clearer skin, although subsequent treatment could be needed.Getting Started
